Staff were amazing tonight. So busy with Crufts this weekend, and staff sickness but we were made to feel so welcome. Great food, lovely friendly staff. Shout out to Chris and Demi especially.

Demi and Tilly are absolute stars! This place is incredibly accommodating for those with disabilities!! I had a medical episode and tilly was right there helping me through it even though she didn't need to! And demi was so incredibly kind and had such good energy and honesty the kindest heart, taking my order and filling up my plate for me even though she didn’t have to. They both went above and beyond in every aspect! 1000% if I come back to Birmingham I will be visiting! A thousand thank yous and 100 more two the staff!!

Had a great time at this Toby due to the two wonderful members of staff Demi and Tilly who helped my partner throughout the evening and were extremely kind and considerate given how stressed my partner was. They are probably some of the kindest people I met and would like to thank them for the help

Waitress excellent.Food generally good but most of vegetables very dry..it only needs someone to turn over in heated containers.

We received an offer for a £6 Toby carvery which was too good to miss. Went for lunch yesterday and we thought it was excellent.. lots of fresh hot food available on the servery. It was very busy and the staff were working really hard.. despite that they were friendly and efficient. The only minor let down was an adjacent table full of chaps who were swearing loudly and constantly. Luckily they weren't there long but ladies sat in the same alcove as them were visibly unimpressed with their behaviour. So, food wise excellent. Staff also excellent.

The carvery venue looks lovely after the refurb comfy atmosphere. Our hostess KYLIE from the sheldon branch is always friendly & helpful & makes the guests feel looked after. She is a great asset to the TOBY team. We went on Sunday afternoon & loved that we had lamb on the menu . We will be back soon

Chose to stay at travelodge next door during my stretch of long days at work because there was a toby next door for some quick food if I didn't get chance at work. Walked in at 8.30 to be told they have decided to stop serving food an hour early over the last few weeks. Not advertised that they stop serving before 9. Only gave it 2 stars because the server was polite and friendly.

Beautiful venue and breakfast was great with less options than I expected but the available food was nice. Staff seemed welcoming too so I’ll recommend this place for sure.
